TF AOE Optimus Abstract - On This Night

*Exhales Deeply* OKAY.
Now, I know that it's been some time since I've been on dA...and...I do apologize. I've been very busy with work and stuff and...well...I have student loans to pay.
But fear not! I haven't forgotten any of my fellow Transformer-fans and have been scheming just what exactly I wanted to upload next.

So...I decided to do this lil' beauty.

I have to admit. This whole art concept is just a little bit outside of my comfort zone...being as I've never attempted it before. But I have to say...after roughly 46 hours of off-and-on digital painting...I'm very pleased with the way this turned out. ^^
Naturally, for something like this, I used a reference (which you can find following the link provided) -->graphicpolicy.files.wordpress.…
But I assure you, in no way, shape, or form was the original image used. Basically I had my image right next to my canvas and I started (digitally) painting a reflection.

Now, as I know I've said before:
THE ORIGINAL IMAGE IS NOT MINE. I CLAIM NO OWNERSHIP.
However I think it's important that the original have the credit that they are due.
This image itself, that you see displayed for your entertainment...with all the brush strokes, filter applications, masks, filter/gradient enhancements and color shading/lighting enhancements... are mine.
